Standard Texas Apostille Service

$175.00

Professional Service Fee: $175 per submission

Our Standard Texas Apostille Service is an affordable option for clients who need an eligible Texas document apostilled but do not require expedited courier processing.

The $175 fee covers Clark Apostille Services' professional coordination services. Government fees, shipping, document retrieval, notarization, translation, certified copies, and other third-party expenses are additional unless specifically included in your written quote.

Estimated Processing Time

Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks after your apostille-ready original or certified document has been received and accepted for processing by Clark Apostille Services.

Standard orders are generally submitted to the Texas Secretary of State by mail. Government processing times vary and are not guaranteed.

Shipping time to and from the Texas Secretary of State is included in the overall estimate but can vary depending on carrier performance, holidays, government closures, processing volume, corrections, or other circumstances outside our control.

Important Notice for Birth Certificates and Other Retrieved Documents

If Clark Apostille Services must first obtain a new birth certificate, certified copy, or other government-issued record on your behalf, the apostille processing timeframe does not begin when your order or payment is submitted.

The apostille timeframe begins only after the qualifying original or certified document has actually been received and reviewed for apostille processing.

Birth certificate retrieval may take several weeks or longer depending on the issuing agency and ordering method. Retrieval timelines are separate from apostille processing timelines.

Your Professional Service Includes

  • Preliminary administrative document review

  • Preparation of Texas apostille submission materials

  • Standard submission coordination

  • Reasonable status monitoring and client updates

  • Completion review based on available information

  • Secure packaging

  • Return-delivery coordination

A preliminary review does not guarantee issuance of an apostille or acceptance by a foreign government, consulate, agency, or other receiving organization.

Additional Expenses

Additional charges may include:

  • Texas Secretary of State fee: $15 per document

  • Outbound and return shipping

  • Birth certificate or other document retrieval

  • Remote online or traditional notarization

  • Certified copies

  • Translation

  • International delivery

  • Other third-party services required for your order

All anticipated additional charges will be included in your customized quote before processing begins.
